Our History
Created by a fusion of a carpentry business and a haulage company in 1971, the new company grew into a solid industrial company in the wood processing business. Today approximately 450 employees generate an annual turnover of over 80 million euros.
Since our founding in the year 1971 wood bases products have been the key to our entrepreneurial work. During our almost 50-year history of success we have reached several important milestones.

BHK is an owner-managed, medium-sized industrial company with traditional values, whose objective is to create a positive working environment, helping staff in their personal development whilst developing and building a stronger relationship with our customer base.

The certified production processes for our entire portfolio enable us to offer quality that sets high standards. As a responsible company with extensive production it is essential that we pay attention to quality, environmental issues and safety & health protection standards.
The guidelines for this are valid international standards, customer-specific requirements and an integrated occupational safety management process. All of our employees are asked to contribute to quality, environmental matters, and safety & health protection. Primarily it is the task of our executives to exemplify these guidelines and implement them into the company.
